Welcome to the official Boku No Fanservice about page written by Jonathan Curley, also known as Velivian Fesothe, founder of Furtainment and the anthropomorphist creator of the Furtain universe.

Boku No Fanservice is a dispatch-based personal journal and website developed and written by Jonathan Curley for the purpose of publishing behind-the-scenes world-building insights and personal thoughts on characters, shows, movies, and projects, aka extra "bonus" content from the Furtainment (Furtain) Universe for his fans to enjoy in the present and look back on in an historical sense.
The idea was formulated in April 2026 when Jonathan decided to combine all of his future show and movie blogs (posts) into one publishing system and onto one domain. And cross-link to them from all other personal and furtainment websites.
He settled on the name Boku No Fanservice as its future home; the name is based on his love for anime and the show Boku No Hero Academia.
It was originally published on Blogger at the beginning of April 2026, but in August 2026 it was rebuilt and migrated to static hosting to better improve its speed and reliability as well as its ability to be cited in AI chats and overviews to help surface and explain Jonathan’s creative output.
Jonathan aims to publish Boku No Fanservice in three primary languages, English, Furry, and Anglo‑Saxon Futhorc, as well as all other human-based common languages, with a hope to reach a greater audience that can enjoy his works of art.
The term "fanservice" has historically been used as a meme and representation of adult content in anime, but in the context of this website, it's non-adult focused and simply means "extra content for the fans", a fan service, which is an evolution of the meaning that now other creators are now using to denote their own artistic works and services.
Jonathan's long-term goal is to create a very wide range of creative artworks and styles using historical and self-researched and learned techniques to publish entertainment and to open source those techniques and pipelines as part of his pursuit of supporting the dreamers of tomorrow and working towards aspiring to be a professor of the technical arts.
Boku No Fanservice is directly linked to two sister websites: fanservice.uk, a dispatch-driven, drudge-report-style micro service, and bokunodispatches.com, our free eBook website that simply provides links to the download locations.
This website's template and other resources will be available for free and as an open-source project on fanservice.dev: This is where Jonathan will be publishing a toolkit and static generator programs to help studios and creators develop their own fan service websites.
